Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DOLS (Digital Online Learning System), operated by **DR PRABHAT KUMAR SAHA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND CULTURE**, we strive to ensure absolute clarity and satisfaction for all participating schools and student learners.

1. Cancellation Scope

School administrators and institutions registered under active subscription terms can request service cancellations. To file a cancellation, please submit an official request through your registered administrator email to support@dolsindia.com.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Since DOLS is an instant-activation digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, refund terms vary based on resource consumption:

  • Pre-Activation Window: If cancellation is requested prior to generating institutional database nodes or classroom tokens, a complete refund of paid fees will be processed.
  • Post-Activation Window: Once academic credentials are created, exam schedules launch, or digital dashboard access is consumed by students, fees become non-refundable.

3. Refund Timelines & Processing

Approved refund queries will be processed automatically back to the original Indian payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within **5 to 7 working days** from the date of official validation by our accounts team.

4. System Interruption Continuity

In rare cases where platform availability drops below our 99.9% service SLA due to critical cloud infrastructure bugs, DOLS will systematically extend institution license durations for equivalent periods rather than issuing cash payouts.
